Dear BLTC members,

This time with agenda attached, sorry about that.

Preparation is now well underway for the EGM on Wednesday 6th September at 7.30pm at the clubhouse. As we previously communicated, this meeting is being held to inform you of some development opportunities open to the club and we need our members to ultimately decide which path you wish the club to follow.

We will present two viable ‘scenarios’ to you on the night and you will have an opportunity to cast your vote after the EGM on which option you feel is best for the club. Unfortunately we will not be able to issue any documentation before the EGM as we feel we need to discuss both scenarios, in depth, with you. Of course we will be happy to answer any and all questions you have on the evening or the following day.

This is one of the most important meetings for our Club in recent years and we encourage everyone to participate. If you cannot attend in person you will be able to log into the meeting on the link here:

Remote participation will be ‘listen only’ but questions may be posed via Zoom functionality on the night and addressed in addition to questions taken from the floor. The voting ballot box will open immediately after the EGM for 30 minutes and you can vote then if you wish or, if you would like to take time and consider the options, the voting will remain open at the clubhouse from 10am to 7pm the following day, Thursday 7th September. For those unable to attend the club on either of those days you will be able to contact a Club Steering Committee member on Thursday 7^th and they can cast your vote confidentiality for you by proxy.
