To Bishopstown Lawn Tennis Club Members
Hope everyone is enjoying the first couple of weeks of ‘tennis freedom’ including the most recent positive change where doubles play is now allowed again. It is great to see the courts busy and also to get some fine weather at intervals ! We are delighted to see old friends back on court and also to get the chance to meet some new members.
Conscious of what we have all experienced through the pandemic, we are keen to make the rest of the 2021 season an enjoyable and fun one for our members and we will be focused on promoting and launching a number of key club member engagement events throughout the second half of May. These include the new Club Ladders as well as Round 1 of our 2021 Box League and the re-introduction of our Tuesday Members Club Night. Additional communications to come on each of these in due course and we welcome the participation and support of all. As part of these initiatives, we will also be using more features available to us within the Club’s Smart Club Cloud and Club Manager 365 online systems that everyone already has access to (www.bltc.ie) – we believe that our Committee, all of our members and all of our club events will benefit significantly from same.
Look out for more targeted communications in the coming weeks and we hope you continue to enjoy being back on court in the meantime.
