Dear members,
We will hold our AGM on Wednesday 22nd Jan at 8pm at the clubhouse.
At the AGM we will hold an Election of Club Officers for 2025. We will also provide an update on the development and the plans in place to manage phase two.
Please note that our Club Officers are (1) Chairperson, (2) Vice Chairperson, (3) Treasurer, (4) Captain and (5) Secretary in line with the BLTC Constitution.
If any Club Member would like to submit their name for one of the above Club Officer roles for 2025 (or if you have anything you would like to see added to the agenda under ‘any other business’), please email secretary@bltc.ie before 4pm on Friday 17th Jan.
Where there is more than one candidate for any of the above roles, we will reach a successful outcome via a simple majority vote from those present at the AGM. Any expression of interest received beyond the deadline cannot be accommodated on the night.
Another exciting year ahead once more for our Club. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday night 22nd Jan.
