The Winter League entails at least 6 fixtures, (3 away somewhere in Munster and 3 at home). Usually these are played on a Sunday Afternoon once a fortnight. There will be a team of 4 in each group. The group could be ladies, men or mixed. You are required to play two matches in an afternoon. If you progress through the group stage there will be a knockout stage that continues into the Spring.
