Reminder of EGM Wednesday December 7th Upstairs in Club House at 8:15pm sharp

Dear Members,

Further to our communications on 22^nd and 25^th November,  just a reminder that we will be hosting a short and focused EGM on Wednesday night.   Time and location is in the subject heading.  The following is an outline agenda and general time frame that we expect to follow on the night.  

1. Background and main purpose of Member gathering  (10 minutes)

2. Voting on proposed BLTC Constitution modifications

1. Clause 6   –  Additional wording related to Club Trustees  – (5 minutes)

2. Clause 12 – Additions to Finance & Controls paragraphs  – (5 minutes)

3. Clause 22 – Membership; Family and Couples Membership description updates  – (5 minutes)

4. Clause 25-   New clause on ‘how to update the constitution’ to be added into the constitution  (5 minutes)

3. Proposals and elections of new Trustees (10 minutes)

Everyone already has a copy of the proposed constitution wording changes from the communication sent out of Friday 25^th and we appreciate your support as always
