Dear All,
We are hosting our 2nd pop up tournament of the season with our Mens Only doubles competition on Saturday 1st April (No this isn't an April's fools sadly) starting at 18:00 & finished by 21:00.
This internal competition is open to all our Grade 6 Mens & any men's players who are ungraded, there will 24 x spaces available.
Partners will be assigned for this event & it's a Men's round robin format, with top pairings playing semis & then a finals match.
So to enter all you need to do is register your name for the event through your Smartclub account – entries will Open on Saturday 25th March at 18:00 via Smartclub. Entries will be received on a First come first served basis.

Entry fee is €10 per player which is payable via Smartclub which will guarantee your enrty (log into your Smartclub account & scroll down the homepage & click on “events” & you need to sign up under the event & add to shopping cart – don't forget to check out the shopping cart so you can pay your €10 entry fee).
The first 24 x entries will be confirmed a spot however a waitlist will be in place should any places become available.
If for some reason you need to withdraw your entry, your place will be offered to another player on the waitlist. However no withdrawals will be accepted after Thursday 30th March (at this point it will be up to the individual to find a suitable substitute for the event)
Prize giving will take place upstairs in the Clubhouse afterwards & with light refreshments available on the evening.
Finally this only our second pop tournament of this season & we plan to run similar events for other grades.
Our next pop up tournament will be mixed doubles event.
