Hi Everyone,
Guests are very welcome at our club and we would encourage people to bring guests. We have a new guest sign-in procedure we will be launching next Monday. The rules have not changed, a guest can visit the club 3 times and after that will have to join. There is a 5 euro charge per visit. Please follow the procedure below. There is a new sign-in station next to the time clocks in the lobby of the clubhouse.
1, When booking a court choose guest in CM365 as your opponent and populate the field provided with the guest's name.
2, Fill in the sign-in sheet, this is required for contact tracing.
2, Place 5 euro in one of the envelopes provided and put your name and date on the envelope.
3, Just inside the window of the office to the right of the sign-in station there is a letterbox on the counter, please place the envelope in this slot.
