EGM Comms

Dear Members,

We hope you all had a lovely summer. The BLTC Committee has been working together over the last few months to gather information and figures on the future development of the club and we have now reached a point where we have some proposals for members to consider. It has been a long and complex road to get to this point but we are looking forward to hearing your views.

We will be holding an EGM on Wednesday 6th September at 7.30pm at the clubhouse. This meeting is being held to inform you of these development opportunities open to the club and we need you the members to decide which path you wish the club to follow.

A presentation will be made on the evening outlining the options. After you have heard the plans you will be able to vote on the option you feel is best for the club.

We would really like that every member is informed and has the opportunity to vote.

The meeting will be recorded and also available to attend by zoom on the night. Questions may be asked via zoom communication on the night in addition to questions taken from those in attendance. We will open the Voting ballot box after the EGM on the night and you can vote then if you wish or if you would like to take time and consider the options the voting will remain open at the clubhouse from 10am to 7pm the following day, 7th September. For those unable to attend the club on those days you will be able to contact a committee member who will cast your vote confidentiality for you.
