Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather of late and getting some time on court if you are not on holiday
Over the last month, different Committee members have come across non-members sitting inside the Club House or using our toilet facilities without any accompanying member present. The key enabler here seems to be the fact that the Clubhouse door is being left open allowing free public access, sometimes when the Club courts are completely unoccupied.
We would ask that all members help us to ensure that the Club House remains secure and that you use your swipe cards to access the indoor area. We always welcome visitors to our Club but a visitor(s) must be escorted by a member in line with our procedures. Naturally there are situations such as Summer Camps and Junior Coaching where the Club Door will be left open during these sessions to allow kids to access the facilities
