Citygate Dental BLTC Closed 2024

HI Everyone

We are delighted to confirm that our own BLTC Closed competition will be held from Saturday 21st to Saturday 28th September 2024, kindly sponsored by Citygate Dental.

Entries open Today Tuesday September 10th at 8pm

We would encourage you all to take part and help us make this as successful as last year. It's an opportunity to meet other players of similar ability and get a taste for competition in a friendly environment, it's great fun and also a great way for us to celebrate another fantastic year together for the Club on court & off court.

We will have different events for all the different grades and abilities including a Novice event and this year a new Teen Doubles event for junior members aged 14-18.

When entering please note you DO NOT select your own Partner, click on PARTNER WANTED. The Competition Committee will put the pairings together.

This is an internal competition so it's only open to our own Members & the tournament schedule will be in the evenings (during the weekdays) & during the day/evening at the weekends. Our Closed Finals Day gathering has been one the social event highlights over the last few years and we're aiming for an even better finals day this year.

It's important that members cooperate with the scheduling & allow for flexibility.

Please note: Some events may not run if there are not a sufficient number or entries and some matches may need to be played on Friday 20th September if there are a high number of entries.

We will be using Tennis Ireland tournament software to manage our competition and in advance of entering you will all need a Tennis Ireland pin.

You don't need to be graded for this internal competition (so no excuses not to enter).
