Dear members,
As you may be aware by now the Citygate BLTC Closed Tournament will be taking place from Saturday 4th November until Saturday 18th November.
First up – we are looking for volunteers to help us run the Closed. We are asking people to please give an hour or two of their time to help man the registration desk or help in the shop. As the saying goes many hands make light work!
The individual volunteer slots are for two hours, across the entire day on both weekends and from 18:00 onwards during the weekdays (Monday to Friday).
We have created a Google Doc (link below) where you can slot your name in directly for the shop or desk or else text us with the time you would be happy to help out. You can text Chris McCahill on 0830064742 if you would like to volunteer to help on the registration desk or on the shop.
This is going to be a great couple of weeks at the club, and we are looking forward to seeing you all there and the very best of luck to all players taking part.
