Dear members,
As you may be aware there are significant and exciting plans in the works to develop many aspects of the club which will include upgrading the courts and adding additional facilities for our members. As with any development it is a long term process which takes lots of time to plan appropriately. At this stage, we would love to update you, our members on the progress in relation to the overall development and how we see our nearer term plans proceeding. Again, this club is run by a team of volunteers who give up their time for free and the planning work to-date with this development is no different.
We will hold a members only meeting upstairs at the club on Wednesday 14th September at 7pm so that we can present our path forward and facilitate a questions and answers session.
If you have any questions that you would like to ask the Committee at this meeting we are asking that you include them on this form please. We will also answer questions from the floor on the evening.

In order for us to manage seating on the night we would ask that, if you are planning on attending the meeting, that you also specify YES to that relevant question in the form. Please send back your completed forms by end of day on September 9th if you are planning to attend or are submitting some questions in advance (or both).
