To All BLTC Members,
Further to a very constructive Members meeting on September 14th focused on our proposed development plan, we have today placed a short architect’s video clip on continuous loop on the TV downstairs in the Club house. We encourage all of our members to take a quick look.
As discussed a few weeks ago, please keep in mind the proposed phases of our development plan and the time horizons. The visualisation does show what the covered structure would look like (Phase 2) if we were successful in a separate planning re-application for same but you should also get a much better sense of what our shorter term Phase 1 will deliver in 2023.
