To Bishopstown Lawn Tennis Club Members
Tennis Ireland have just released their latest version of their latest ‘Return to Play Protocols’ dated June 7th. This document can be found on the TI website (link below) and we have also attached a copy of same. Again we would ask that all members take time to read this and continue to comply; please feel free to contact any member of our BLTC Covid 19 Compliance sub-committee if you have any questions. The main addition from the previous version that is relevant to our Club Members is the commencement of Club outdoor competitions (open and closed) with strict participation guidelines which can be found on Page 6
We do need to bring one specific concern to the attention of all of our Members. Our Committee has noticed a recent trend where not all the correct names are being included in a court booking or, in some rare cases, there is no online booking even though a court is being occupied. Again, to reiterate that online bookings are mandatory and all correct names must be included in each court booking made through our Club Manager 365 Online booking system. Where a member invites a guest, the visitor’s name must be included in the Court booking (via Guest) and the contact details logged in the guest register on the day. We appreciate that there have been some booking system issues of late related to members not being able to book on consecutive hours for different games outside peak and please reach out to admin@bltc.ie or cm365@bltc.ie if you need any support here. This booking process is a critical element of our Club’s Covid 19 compliance in line with NPHET and TI guidelines and we need everyone to abide fully by same
